Gledališka - Theater greeting card

Okrogla objava. Sedemdeseta. Zato toliko bolj svečana, gledališka. Ta voščilnica je spet ena takšnih, ki mi je pobrala veliko časa. Idejo sem dobila ob pogledu na A Blog Named Hero - Challenge 20. Ideja o minevanju, času, vpetosti in aktivnosti. Vedela sem, da bo voščilnica povezana z urami nisem pa še vedela, kako bi izpeljala celotno idejo. V kolikor vas ustvarjalna pot od začetka do konca zanima berite dalje, drugače lahko preskočite spodnje pisanje in si ogledate priložene slike. 
Naslednji korak je bil iskanje primerne misli, izreka, pregovora, ki bi bil osnova, rdeča nit vsemu skupaj. Seveda kaligrafski. Ker je čas dragocen, včasih kot samo zlato, sem se odločila, da bo zlat. Ker imam že od vsega začetka velike težave z Windsorjevim zlatim kaligrafskim tušem saj se izredno hitro zasuši na konici, sem ga tokrat mešala s črnim. Zadela sem točno takšen odtenek, kot sem ga imela v mislih. Rezervoarček za tuš sem snela s konice, saj je bilo z njim praktično nemogoče pisati, saj je tuš zastal že po par sekundah. 
V trgovini sem pri nakupovanju materiala za predhodno glasbeno voščilnico našla cofke za zaveso in v moji glavi se je pričel odvijati tok misli, idej. Hotela sem jih uporabiti na predhodni voščilnici vendar mi nekako niso sodili zraven. Brskala sem za slikami zaves in se odločila da bo to to. Nabrane gledališke zavese. Poizkušala material, ki bi jim najbolj ponazoril. V osnovi sem navaden papir pobarvala z zlato barvo in ga gubala in prelagala vendar ni bilo želenega efekta. Preveč je bilo zmečkano, gladko in svetleče. Naslednji dan sem zato odšla v trgovino, pregledala vse zlate in bordo papirje, jih gubala, tipala preizkušala in se na koncu, po pol ure pregledovanja, odločila za krep papir. 
Ker mi je zmanjkalo črnega šeleshamerja za gledališko ozadje sem rjavega prebarvala s črnim tušem. Za osnovo voščilnice sem kupila novo časovno štampiljko, ki je bila presenetljivo poceni (5 eur). Na krem šeleshamer sem odtisnila štampiljko in ga postarala z Distress ink-om. Zlati papir, ki je bil mišljen kot material za zavese sem nato podložila kot okvir za kaligrafski napis. 
Prvotni napis sem že prilepila vendar sem opazila, da mi nekako ne potegne, preveč "napak", ki so me bodle v oči. Čeprav jih ni videl nihče drug in so me ob vzdihu "Ni v redu." začudeno pogledali in dejali "Kaj mu pa manjka?". Tudi ta ni najbolj idealen, bi se dalo še dodelati in lepše napisati vendar na žalost med živahnimi otroci, ki so se lovili za mojim hrbtom in malčico, ki me je vsake toliko objela za nogo in dejala: "Moja, moja mami!" Ni šlo bolje. Voščilnici sem želela dodati še urna kolesca, ki sem jih videla na Marjaninih fimo izdelkih vendar jih kot zakleto nisem mogla nikjer kupiti (beri: zaloga pošla). Na vseh koncih in krajih sem spraševala zanje (se na tem mestu opravičujem vsem tistim, ki ste bili izpostavljeni mojim nadležnim urarskim vprašanjem), vendar na žalost brez uspeha. Kaj takega danes očitno težko najdeš. Kitajske ure imajo samo še plastiko, naročilo iz tujine pa za trenutni izdelek ni prišlo v poštev. Ko sem jih na mojo veliko prošnjo vendarle dobila ob Marjane. Ker pa so bili na voščilnici videti tako majhni in drobni in bi jih za voščilnico, zaradi stranskih kot igla ostrih osi, morala pošteno obdelati sem se na koncu odločila za odtis ure, ki se ravno tako dobro (morda še bolje kot urna kolesca) zaključi celoto. 
Uspelo mi je nekaj kar sem si želela, narediti takšno voščilnico, ki me bo prevzela in navdušila. Pravijo, da se ni lepo hvaliti ampak ob pogledu nanjo si ne morem kaj. Navdušenje in zadovoljstvo. Upam, da vam je moja voščilnica vsaj pol toliko všeč kot meni, sicer pa, vsake oči imajo svojega malarja.

Seventieth post. Theater and gala. 
Need a lot of time to made this one. I got the idea when I saw A Blog Named Hero - 20th Challenge. The idea of ​​a passing, time, involvement and activation. I knew the it will be connected with the hours, but I didn't  know how to implement it. If you aren't interested in reading  my creative journey from beginning to the end pleas stop reading and jump down direct to the photos, otherwise you can spend some time reading the text belowe.
The next step was to find suitable thought, quote, saying that would serves as the basis, red line. I couldn't find it so I write it by my self. Of course written in calligraphy. Because time is precious, sometimes as the gold it self,  I decided to use gold ink. From the beginning I had big problems with Windsor's gold calligraphy ink because it rapidly dry up on the nib. Therefore I mixed it with black ink. If you have some experiences with calligraphy and gold ink PLEAS help my with yours. I managed to mix the exact tone as I had in mind. I removed the reservoir from  the tip, because it was practically impossible to write, the ink was held up and dry out after a few seconds.  In the store I found curtin tassels and in my head started the collect thoughts, ideas. Basically, I  thought about using them in the previous greeting card but somehow they didn't fit. I was browsing for pictures of curtains and decided that this is it. Theater curtains. Tried to find the material that would illustrate the theater curtains. Basically, I wanted to use plain paper painted with gold ink but I didn't got the desired effect. It looked too crumpled, smooth and shiny. The next day I went to the store to touch all the gold and burgundy suitable papers and at the end after half an hour I decided for crepe paper. Since I ran out of black heavy paper for stage background I painted brown with black ink. For the base I chose a time stamp, which was surprisingly cheap (5 euros). I stamped cream white coffe colored heavy paper and made it vintage with Distress ink. Gold paper, which was in the begining meant as a material for the curtains I put as a framework for calligraphy quote. The original written calligraphy qoute was not good enough  for me.  I noticed that I somehow find too many "mistakes". Although other people did not saw any mistakes I sighed "It's not OK." and they add astonished, "What is it wrong?" Despite everything, it is not my best and the most ideal. But I have 4 wonderful, full of energy children which jumped behind your back and little one who every now and then hug my leg and said: "My, my mom!" It couldn't be better. In other circumstances it could be better. I wanted to add watch gears from watch mechanisms that I've seen on Marjana's  fimo craft but as I could not found them anywhere (read: sold out). I asked all around (I apologize to those who have been exposed to my bothering), but unfortunately without success, it looks like it's hard to find such materil today. China watches have only plastic gears, order from abroad was not an option in this specific circimstances. Finaly on my big request, Marjana gave me some. Because they on greeting card looked so small and have sa a needle sharp axes, I finally decided to stamp and cut a watch, which is just as good, maybe even better than the watch gears.

I managed to do something I wanted since I begin with papercraft and that is to make such a card, which will impress me. They say it's not nice to praise but when I look at it I couldn't help my self. The excitement and pleasure. I hope you like it.
